All users (Wishers and Gifters) understand and agree that it is our standard policy that purchases and/or fees associated with your account are final and non-refundable at this time. We reserve the right to address any refund request at our sole discretion.

Gift purchasers must expressly click to accept that each transaction on our platform is non-refundable before placing each order.
